"Terrible front desk staff and service. Made appointment online 4 months in advance, received a confirmation email and when I showed up to the appointment they had canceled it without any notice. Front desk was unhelpful and unprofessional. This place is a joke."

"The Medical Assistant lacked confidence with the computer. As requested, I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, they returned the favor by coming into the exam room 15 minutes late. Pires, the PA, was average at best. She asked for pharmacy preference for my script, so I told her Walgreens and she sent it to CVS in Target which cost me $25 because CVS does not take my insurance. Felt like McMedical rather than a medical group who cares about people. Do yourself a favor, pass on these folks."
