"Went here for an appointment and was very disappointed. The quality of care, comfortability, and respect I was given as a patient was below satisfactory. I did not feel empowered or spoken down to and was made to fear my body and not trust it. I felt as if I was not heard as a patient, when I asked questions I was dismissed and made to feel as if I shouldn't be asking them. I would not recommend those seeking women's reproductive care to go to the clinic."
"I'm going to be looking for a new doctor. Read all the reviews you see and take the negative ones seriously. I've never been so dissatisfied with a doctor until now. My birth control prescription takes days to be renewed and to top it off I have been forced to spend $150 out of my own pocket to pay for my birth control because she refuses to prescribe 90 days worth of my birth control and only prescribes 30 days instead and then has the audacity to tell me to come in for an exam all during a pandemic. Only reason I'm a patient here is because the gynecologist I was seeing prior has since moved out of state so I was quickly referred to here. Don't even acknowledge this place exists and look elsewhere."
"Everyone in this office has exceeded my expectations. First, the receptionist Shawn is AMAZING. I had such a difficult time with my insurance and spent hours calling different gynecologists in the city. Shawn spoke with my insurance multiple times to get the facts and was extremely communicative with me during the entire process. No other gynecology office was willing to take the extra steps to help me get an appointment. My physician, Laura Rokosz, was also nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!!"
