"If I could give 0 STARS I would- I hate to be a negative person or say negative things about others- however, the LACK OF CARE was absolutely shocking. I went in circles for a month- left messages, NO CALL BACKS, NO ON-CALL DOCTOR WHEN MY DR. WAS ON VACATION. IT WAS BEYOND AWFUL. After waiting and waiting the doctor finally called me and said- “I don’t have a lot of time to talk to you, bc I have patients here to see”- so incredibly careless- clearly stating you DONT CARE ABOUT ME. This clinic is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL and especially when we pay so much money for healthcare and we count on being CARED FOR! I had to make suggestions to my doctor on what to do when my medication was on back order- I was beyond shocked at the horrible horrible treatment. And how interesting- the OWNER ONLY REPLIES TO 5 STAR REVIEWS. People need to be accountable - and this clinic is not reputable and definitely not professional. AND THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. They care about money and not healthcare. ITS SO SAD how rude, careless and disrespectful they were."

"Absolutely unprofessional about timely assistance in properly calling in prescriptions and returning calls for requests for prescription refills. They have lost my business and will be reported to my insurance company as well. I had to travel out of town for work (engineer/bd) and needed authorization/communication to my pharmacy and they never called me back even though I had called multiple times and left messages. They were even rude to my girlfriend when she stopped by to inquire on my behalf. Don't give these people your business, they don't appreciate it and don't compromise your life and health with people who are incompetent. *These people are now calling me. You had your chance. Yelp is more accurate on reviews of this business."

"I usually go to the MedNow clinic at 3600 blk S. Clarkson St and the staff and the care I get there by P.A. Victoria Ward is great and top notched and I think everyone there are wonderful and helpful and are all willing to help. Today I had to be seen because of a virus and infection that was getting bad. The Clarkson clinic couldn't see me because they only had one provider today, so I called the Lakewood MedNow clinic and was able to get an appointment in a couple of hours. I went in, and was seen and treated by P.A. Alyx Capri, and I found her extremely delightful but yet very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to me and answered all my questioned and had answers to my complaints of how I was feeling and was able to deal with my many medical problems and diseases I already have. She was able to know what to do with what was going on with me and was able to determine what I needed to do and treated my symptoms and helped me with an antibiotics for my infection keeping in mind all my other many medical problems and medications. Everybody else in the clinic were very nice and helpful the clinic appeared to be ran well and very clean. I would not hesitate to suggest the P.A.s I have had at MedNow and had today and clinics for your medical needs. I'm 71 years old and have had hundreds of clinics and doctors and P.A.s in my life treat me, and these I just described are great and I'm glad to have had them."

"It has only been my first visit, but so far everything was great. The provider listened to everything I had to say, offered good options, was very informative and understanding. I was even seen before my appointment time which I am not sure that has ever happened to me elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"I had the best experience I've ever had at a Dr's office! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! Whitney Grant was soooo caring and took the time to listen to ALL my concerns and needs! She's so pleasant and positive that I didn't want to leave! If I could give them a 100 stars, I would! I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful clinic!"
