"Dr. Bross is an incredibly caring physician that is only interested in your health and well-being. He is extremity knowledgeable and empathetic. Even if you go in feeling some despair, you will leave with hope and a renewed sense of determination to get well. I was lucky enough to get in on his weight loss class last year that was offered and have learned so much from him. He is truly a gem!!!! His enthusiasm is contagious!"

"One visit and the stress and frustration is palpable. The lack of communication about test results, not calling back after a dropped call, "not receiving" a snail mailed letter, forcing me to drive 35m just to figure out how to access test results, and then using poorly written customer portal software is absurd in 2023. Doctors heal, not cause more harm than good."

"I have been going here since they opened, and I have had nothing but the best care. Recently, they have helped me with a life-changing diagnosis and management of a significant health issue, and all I can say is the care has been exceptional and I have no complaints. That said, I guess there's always a few kinks in the overall health care system, but those just have to be managed as they arise."

"I saw a PA at this office for my first general checkup in 5 years (I had gone in a few months prior for an ear problem and was told to come back for a general checkup and routine blood work, since I hadn’t been in for so long). I had seen the same PA previously but she was very obviously distracted during the entire appointment this time. I told her about a possible concern and she misheard me, mentioned that some people need xyz treatment for that, and then didn’t follow up or mention it again for the rest of the visit. My leg didn’t move when she checked my reflexes because she didn’t tap my knee in the right spot, but she didn’t correct her technique or even notice, just moved on. She spent most of the appointment talking in a bored tone about the weather and what she had for lunch, even when she was presumably supposed to be listening to my organs. It was a very lackadaisical exam. The entire appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. They didn’t take a urine sample or blood work or anything. It felt like a complete waste of time, to be honest. I understand medical professionals have off days, but I think they need to be careful to still give patients a thorough exam, even when they are having a bad day. Maybe I should have been more vocal and insistent upon a more thorough exam, but I didn’t feel like it would make a difference or that I would be heard. The front desk staff were also unfriendly and didn’t greet me when I came in. Very discouraged. Wish I had gone elsewhere."
