"Can't speak more highly of Dr. Moreno! She's always has a professional and sunny disposition, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and actually has a conversation with me about my care and the plan moving forward. The rest of the staff is friendly and inviting. And, I can get my bloodwork performed in the same office (if I need any). I couldn't recommend this office enough."

"If you need a medical diagnosis or lab work of any kind, do not go here... I wish I could give Intermountain Health Superior Clinic zero stars. They lost a medical sample that was supposed to be sent to a lab and didn't tell me for 7 months. I called the lab to see why it was taking so long (the results of this test were supposed to available after 1 week) and they said they never received the samples. I then called Intermountain Health Superior Clinic, and they confirmed that it was true. Why didn't they tell me? Why didn't they try to follow up with the lab? While waiting for these results, my doctor gaslight me into thinking that these tests were unreliable and not helpful. I theorize she did this because she knew they had messed up, but didn't want to tell me. And they still charged me for the office visit. What a huge waste of time. Unprofessional. Unethical. Unacceptable."

"Try calling your dr. -- you first get an AI and then you get a "call center" where they are clueless. I was cold transferred to the call center supervisor who seemed upset at me for not being happy with the previous service and she cold transferred me to some random guy who answered the phone "please hold" and 15 mins later a very nice girl in the wrong department picked up, who transferred me to 6th person (including the AI) who then told me I can't get a lab test even ordered until next Tuesday (I messaged them on Thursday) because my dr. is out until then and apparently the drs. don't act like a team there. I love my dr., hate this facility... I'm going to recommend to her to leave this place and go to a real facility so her patients will be better served... just terrible. For as much as I hate BMC for some of their practices, these guys could actually learn a LOT from BMC's customer service and how to have great "phoneside" manner."

"I think I am having a medical emergency and called the OBGYN to try to be seen two weeks before my appointment. The person who picked up the phone’s advice was to call my previous provider who is in another state to see if they would have a recommendation. Absolutely unhelpful, unsafe and rude. Couldn’t refer me to another provider or tell me to go to an ER if I saw X,Y or Z symptoms. I would never write a bad review for the doctors, but they clearly need to train their staff better."

"Dr. Emily Moreno is hands down the best doctor I have seen. She asks all the questions, really cares about my physical well being but also my mental/emotional wellbeing. She asks about my life and makes me feel super comfortable. She’s relatable, kind, understanding, and has a big heart. I moved closer to another SCL Health but I will always make the trip to this location."
