But, its the truth, When you first walk in, you feel as though you'll be lost in the hundreds of bins and shelving units, Like you'll get laughed at if you don't know the difference between a thingamajig and a Whatsit. Totally not true! The customer service is OUTSTANDING, Their willingness to help get you projects done is top notch. The last time I showed up with a strange project, (Not having to do with plumbing at all, but my search for parts led me there.) Two of the employees were more than eager to help me get the parts I need, even suggesting another store. So, I guess I'm pretty stoked about plumbing.. Who isn't?"
