"This provider assumes that all VA members are lying to receive benefits. She pleasant at first, but then became very unprofessional and rude towards the end of the session. During the performed hearing test, it seemed as if one of the ear buds was working incorrectly and once verbalized, she did not respond to the concern. Rather, she continued without making sure that everything was working correctly. She also complained in front of patient about how she wanted the day to be over, as well as was working on her "event planning job" at the time she was supposed to be seeing a patient. It doesn't seem like this job is a priority for her so if you are looking for friendly audiology services, search elsewhere."
