"Dr. is great and willing to help but the main receptionist(his wife) was not so much. Refunded all my money with the comment that they were not making any money off of me because I needed too many adjustments to get my glasses adjusted. Dr. didn't say anything to any such complaint. He told me when I got them to come back as often as I needed to get them right. If you have anything other than plain & simple eyes then go to them otherwise go to an ophthalmologist."
"I am from Houston, Tx and I was having a hard time on my visit here in Colorado due to me leaving my sewing glasses and contacts at my hometown! The kind workers of this location provided me with sample contacts for the time being so I would be able to enjoy my stay in Colorado and be able to enjoy my mountain climbing/skiing! I am very thankful with their kindness, I could not express how grateful I am, I highly recommend this location to take care of your eye needs! Wonderful staff!"
"The Eye Smith in Rifle Colorado is the best optometrist office I've ever been to. The staff and the doctor are super nice! Also it was the quickest optometrist visit I've ever had. Because of my eye condition most doctors keep me for over an hour. Doctor Smith and his crew had me in and out in about 30 minutes."

"I live in Grand Junction but work 6 days a week in Rifle. I called here late in the day to make an appointment for an eye exam. Having never been a customer here before I was treated extremely well over the phone and an appointment was made for a bit over a week out " their earliest". They also went out of their way to assist a total stranger with assistance to help me out until it is time for my appointment. Hats off to owner and team, amazing customer service. I would drive here for an appointment even if I didn't work in town ."
