"Rude. Veterans beware of billing. 10 weeks and still no refund. I was charged for services, I had a contract with the VA. They also collected from my retirement insurance. Update still no resolution, been told twice, check is in the mail. On hold for 18 minutes never answered. Will call daily to see if they respond."

"Took my 90 yr old mother into ER for respiratory difficulties. Was treated well during a blood draw, an EKG and an X-ray. After that the ER got busy and they hooked her up to the function monitor and, without giving us any info as to how long she'd be on it, they left and didn't come back. Every 15 min the blood pressure cuff would cause her great discomfort. A torture session every 15 minutes was only making her other functions deteriorate. After 6 cycles (1 1/2 hrs) with the employees going by regularly without asking how she was doing I unhooked mom from the torture device and removed her from their "care". A taxpayer funded facility that treats a long time, taxpaying, resident that way should be ashamed of their treatment of an elderly patient. She told them the BP cuff was uncomfortable when it took two cycles to get her BP when she first entered room 7. Didn't seem to elicit any concern and that was conclusively proven when they put it back on her with directive for it to hurt her every 15 min for the duration. Very disappointing."

"At the beginning of my visit everything seemed to be going good then this self-righteous PA comes in and talks down to me and my wife tells me to go home and use an hot pack on what she believes is a tooth infection she gives me one dose of antibiotics in the ER sends me home with no antibiotics expecting that single dose of antibiotic to work and because I didn't know that you probably shouldn't use heat when you have an infection I've never really had one before now the infection is 10 times worse and probably has to be surgically drained we will find out in the next day or so the entire examination from the " doctor"/ PA took about 2 minutes she went to grab her light off of the rack and of course it didn't work so instead of going and finding another one she just assumed everything was okay. They also gave me a dental block and upon further examination from a much more qualified doctor she did it completely wrong which could have done some serious damage. I would say if you think you're having a life-threatening emergency avoid this place at all costs. Also the receptionist is very very pushy as I was trying to leave asking about 25 to 30 questions that I had already answered. I would say this place could have potential if it didn't have washed up "doctors &" terrible physician assistance working for it. You may also want to look into fixing your equipment cuz I need dim-witted person could have looked in my mouth and realized there was a serious problem going on but clearly you're uneducated staff missed it."

"Brought my two year old in today because she's been sick with stomach flu. They treated her very well and were very kind to us. The staff is friendly and professional and the doctor was personable and seemed to care for our child as well. Thanks again guys."
