"Started coming out here to train with the excellent GM and Coach Dan Groom. Then took a class with Prof Junior Fidelis and suddenly I was hitting a technique I could never get to work before! Add in the spacious and well-maintained facility and the good people and now I find myself making the longer drive up to Lowry more and more. Definitely worth the time and extra gas money."

"Signed up online for my very first class. Had a great intro by the general manager, Daniel, who really took the time to give me all the info I needed. I jumped in on an all levels class and, though slightly overwhelming, Professor Amy and all the people in the class were very patient and helpful.
