If you’re new in town, and want a great workout with great people...this is the place. The spotless studio is huge and gorgeous. Conveniently located in central Denver. I live downtown and it’s so close to me. I love that it is easy to access off I-25 in both directions. The owner Dana is a black belt in NIA. If you’ve never done NIA before, you owe it to yourself to try it. It’s addicting. The friends I’ve met there are wonderful. It’s a very friendly and welcoming community.
