"I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews I read, Murdock’s is amazing!!! I used to groom our Goldendoodle but don’t have the time anymore. They do an awesome job, even with that thick hair! He looks great every time. They even volunteered to walk our dog out to the car when I had my hands full with our kiddo, and they always put a seasonal bandana on him!"

"UPDATE:The manager contacted me immediately about my review. She had me bring Quinnley back in and fixed all the problems sues at NO CHARGE, apologizing for the bad experience. The service was impeccable as the first service. ALL concerns addressed. They went above & beyond to correct the situation problems. Thank You! My first experience (shampoo, blow dry, nail trim) was great. The did a great job. My 2nd and last experience was far from good. I asked them to give my little Yorkiepoo a bath, haircut, nail trim & teeth cleaned. Sh was there as soon as they opened and schedule to start at 8:00 am. I was told she’d be done at 11:15. When I showed up at 11:30, the groomer was just starting her haircut and asked me to come back at 12:30. With tip it was $100 because their prices increased. The cut was awful! Her tail was not trimmed at all! She had long icees on her head and other areas that were sort with a “weight line”. When I got her home, I trimmed her up myself because the groomer had been rude when I picked her up. Never going back or recommend this shop! Photos taken after I trimmed her ears."
