The time options work well for me and I am never bored with the many different workouts and different instructor styles. I find all of the instructors to be dedicated/have a great energy and I appreciate that everyone is welcome and encouraged in the space. The owner truly cares about everyone in the gym and genuinely wants to help people have a great experience with fitness. I not only enjoy my workouts I also love supporting this awesome local business! The $29 unlimited class option for new members is a really great way to try the gym if you want to see if its a good fit, I found that to be very helpful in the beginning and after my 2 weeks I felt good about what kind of membership was right for me."
