"I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms/hotel are super clean. The complimentary breakfast is always good. The staff, including Jared, is always friendly & helpful."

"My husband was staying for little over a month and because of that they stated he had to change rooms,once he moved to the next room the front desk manager told him he had to leave or he would contact the law enforcement because the room smelled like smoke he had paid over $500 that day for a another weeks stay and the manager told him that he won’t be refunding his money. Mind you they already have a $300 hold on his card for the previous weeks.Very poor customer service lack of empathy towards customers and poor management skills for a nice environment nice and respectful people should be at this establishment instead we received a disrespectful individual.still mind blown as to how this was handled by a so called manager."

"I am dumb founded and livid for the awful customer service I received tonight from Franz. I am a platinum choice rewards member and she refused to cancel my reservation with no valid explanation even with the choice rewards representative asking for her authorization. I am short on money until I get my paycheck and so I booked with rewards points and she acted like I was affecting her by asking for my rewards points back (10,000) I did nothing to deserve this treatment and would like to be treated as a customer should. Not as a pest like she treated me."

"Stayed for about a month in Dec 22/Jan23. It was a nice hotel and loved that an extended stay had breakfast!! The hotel is half extended stay, half regular rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed to extend our stay multiple times. The reservation was non refundable, however when we had to check out a day early, they refunded us that day! The breakfast had a good selection and changed every few days. They would make more if you asked for a specific thing. They only gave you 2 forks and 2 spoons in your room. Wish the kitchenette had more things. The dishwasher didn't even fill up with all the kitchen items. Also missing salt and pepper, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. Room had long desk area so both my husband and I could work, although only one chair and they didn't have another office chair for us. Also, had 4 drawers, 3 shelves, and a place to hang in the closet. Bed was comfortable. Couch was a pull out but not that comfy. One thing to note, is you have to change rooms after 28 days in Colorado because of residency laws. Luckily we left one day before that. Just good to know because all Colorado hotels have to do it, which seems weird for extended stay hotels. It's near a shopping center so can walk to the grocery store and food. Fitness center had a few things and was clean. Overall it met our needs, and was a reasonable price for what you got!"

"The door to the bathroom fell off the track almost hitting my 16 year old daughter. Lucky for us she was able to catch the very heavy door before it did. The man could not move the door so she had to help him, I guess being a gymnast came in handy today. I worry to think what if she was an elderly person or a young child. The door could not get fixed until the next day so we had to use a sheet for privacy. They only clean the room twice a week while you stay there but never come to ask if you need more towels or trash taken out between times. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk for towels and trash bags. The pool area was okay but hot tub is a Luke warm bathtub. Towels in the pool area are threadbare. Breakfast was good. Same two options no sugar free options but my kid and mom liked it. The are is great lots of restaurants and shopping and 20 min from the Air Force academy."
