"I'm so baffled that there are any bad reviews on this place. We had to stay for almost 2 weeks and it was honestly so pleasant. It took the stress of traveling with kids away and made it so much easier. We are buying a house out of state so we had to stay while we waited. The room was very clean on arrival and the building felt very safe. I love that they had laundry facilities although it is 2.50 per machine so 5 bucks to wash and dry. Little steep but it works well so it's okay I suppose. The staff was AWESOME. they are so accommodating. Anytime I needed anything they were on top of it! The kitchenette was a life saver cooking for 3 kids and the thermostat was awesome too. The pool was down the first week we were there but they got it fixed and we had a blast swimming the second week. Great location in the springs. We walked to many restaurants and to king soopers when we needed. Overall it was an awesome stay, I highly recommend for the price."

"Had to check in at almost 4am due to a lockout. I assume I was serviced by the manager, a very friendly older indian gentleman. I'd had a lot go wrong that night but he gave me much needed security for my son and I needing a room for such a late hour. He told me no need to hold the room he had my name and it would be available when we arrived. He extended a discount since we were not staying the whole night and told us not to be concerned with late checkout fees when I inquired. The entire property was very well kept, warm and newly renovated. We were checked in promptly and were able to get in our room quickly. The rooms were as nice as the rest of the hotel property if not nicer. The bathrooms were well lit and clean with step in showers and sliding door. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've been in for years. We slept so well and got plenty rest for getting into bed after 4am. I appreciated that the room was very spacious and the walls were not thin. If housekeeping was in the halls in the morning not only could we not hear them but no one disturbed us. It was much needed comfort and peace for us at that time and we have recommended this property to anyone in town visiting. We will definitely be back if we ever need a room again. Thank you."

"I stayed at this property for a week. I am typically a Hilton goer, but I decided to stay at this Comfort Suites given the room size as well as the pricing. Upon checking in I had issues immediately. When I booked this room I chose the pet friendly room and opted in saying I had a pet. When I was booking online through Expedia the pet fee said $30 per pet per STAY, not per night. I agreed to the pricing and checked into my room. The room was nice and felt very clean with the laminate flooring, but the floor of the walk in shower was dirty. Not a good look. I cleaned it up myself and made myself comfortable. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable! That was about the only positive during my stay. That and the television channel options. The service that was provided to me from specifically the older Indian woman at the front desk, was ridiculous. I have acute OCD and I live with a pet, therefore, I like to be clean and keep my space clean. I took measures to clean my own room for the duration of my stay, but each time I would request anything from the front it would come with an attitude or questioning. I am a grown woman paying to stay here. Do not question me as if I am living in your home. If I want to change my sheets or use 2 sets of towels in a day, that is up to ME. I do not appreciate the lack of respect from this property and I have advised everyone that I know to stay away from this property even given the fair pricing."

"Made sure to charge me "damage" fees for a white towel . Didn't explain how the towel was damaged. 15 bucks for a towel seems insane. But anything to make a buck I guess. No assistance offered while I was on crutches and put me on the 3rd floor. Room was very nice at least. But other than that it was no better than any other place. As for your reply, if a towel was damaged that easily, you should invest in better towels. Especially if you are charging guests 15 bucks for a towel that I'm positive doesn't cost nearly 15 bucks. If I'm charged that, how bout you send me the damaged towel. As for your service with disabled persons, that is why this got 1 star. Thank you for putting me on the 3rd floor when I clearly entered the hotel on crutches struggling to carry my belongings."

"We were impressed at the cleanliness of the rooms. We liked the flooring and how the rooms felt clean and free from odors. The only draw back was that we wanted to go swimming and the pool and hot tub were not properly working. Other than that, this was a wonderful stay. By the way, if you are ever in Lafayette, Indiana, DO NOT GO TO the Econo Lodge there. Go check out my Google review for that hotel."
