"Great Lodge, with a good, simple continental breakfast, comfortable beds and a super location and nice amenities. Others mentioned issues with having to climb stairs, and it's only a two-story place. However, the upper story lofts do have a set of stairs which are fairly steep (aka lofts) up to the bed."

"We were extremely happy with our stay at Manitou Lodge, which is easy access to the town - ideal location for shopping, eating and drinking. Retta (the innkeeper) could not have been more helpful and friendly during our stay. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Telluride which was very useful. There was a complimentary breakfast (and daily homemade cookies) to start our day and a hot tub for the day's end. Plus, we had the added benefit of ski on/ski off to the gondola and Oak street chairlift! We'll be booking with them again."

"Fantastic find! 2 minute walk right to the Gondola, ski in / ski out! Locked storage for skis outside, no frills and everything needed in the room for a simple stay. But the real asset here for Manitou is Retta. She is a true hospitality professional, already predicting your needs and offering solutions, and very personable."

"Would not recommend even at the incredibly low price point. 1. The unit (#6) hasn't been dusted or kept up since the last time it was remodeled. Additionally the bathroom sink leaked like a sieve and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so your towels never dry and mold is visibly growing on the upper walls. There was a nonfunctional bathtub in the living room(covered by a box to look like a rock hard day bed), taking up valuable space. The balconies do not feel safe either. 2. Advertised quiet hours are not enforced. 3. Basic amenities are missing, like a microwave in the unit, along with hand soap (we are still in a pandemic), body wash, shampoo and conditioner...though the incredibly tiny shower did have a dispenser for all on the wall. 4. There is no close parking and they only have a limited number of street permits. Lastly the location is nice."
