"This is my second time staying here because I loved it last time on a roadtrip, but this time the traffic kept me up the entire night. I have a 10 hour drive ahead of me today, so that’s a little rough. I wanted to post this for the sensitive sleepers. Definitely bring earplugs and even those won’t mask the trucks and motorcycles. Otherwise the vibe, energy, convenience are all wonderful. I hate not posting 5 stars because it is a great place with great management but really want people like me to be aware of the traffic noise. If you are a sleep through anything person then I still highly recommend this motel!!"

"There are hotels and motels and some of them are fancy and some of them are not. This motel is not only clean and very well thought out when it comes to the needs of a person staying there (lovely natural smelling shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, extra tp, white towels and linens, working clean fridge, microwave, and adorable Keurig type coffee maker easy to use and equipped with everything from coffee, decaf, hot cocoa, tea... But it's not just that. They have this amazing virtual check in which is nice if your tired or just want to rest. It eliminates the stress of normal check in.... however the communication is so good between the owners and housekeeper alike that it feels like a home. A home away from home. I run a jewelry business and today i received a message from the owner (a person I've only messaged with back and forth and never met, but feel as though i know personally) She shared with me that i had left 2 bracelets and my Fargo debit card there and the lovely housekeeper found them and handed them into the front office!!!! I love the feeling of gratitude and I've recently stayed here several times in the last couple weeks. I feel grateful for the balanced rock, it's owners, it's staff. It's well thought out home feel and reasonable cost. Out of any business I've ever dealt with this is the bread winner. Thank you again. All the love- Kathryn Bradley"

"Stayed for a night with my husband and toddler and was pleasantly surprised by how cute this new updated motel was. I loved being able to moble check in and get the room code and not have to worry about a key. My only complaint is that it is fairly close to train tracks and if you are a light sleeper like me it will wake you up. My husband slept right through it. Affordable price and very cute"

"Such kind & welcoming service! Very clean & nice room with beautiful artwork. We liked how there was a little park right across the street for our pup. She even gave us recommendations for a place to get dinner. That was very much appreciated since we were unfamiliar with the area. Also, the breakfast room was well stocked with a nice selection of foods for myself and my kids. They loved it!"

"Stayed here passing through Colorado and I’m glad we decided on booking here! Great value for the price and honestly the nicest and cleanest affordable hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Rooms are VERY clean and for a dog friendly accommodation that means a lot! The check in option of doing it all online with a code was very convenient since we arrived around 9pm. The room itself is spacious, if there’s one thing I’d suggest is probably just have a mirror out in the bedroom area since our room only had one in the bathroom. Other than that you really can’t beat the price! Would definitely stay here for longer if we weren’t just passing by!"
