"I took the "Bridging the Gap" course and it was very informative and I learned a general overview of what medical interpreters are, what they do, and how they do it. The instructor, Jordana, is very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning more about medical interpreting."

"As a professional interpreter, I recommend Spring Institute as the place for training. I attended Bridging the Gap - Healthcare and will be attending Bridging the Gap - Mental Health soon. Classes are online and the cost fits my training budget. It's also a great place to meet other interpreters and translators."

"I attended the "Bridging the Gap" Medical Interpreter Training led by Jordana Avital. She did a superb job! Jordana is very detail-oriented and professional, while cordial and friendly at the same time. She was always available to any student feedback or explanations. She made learning easy and fun! Thank you for your hard work, Jordana!!!"

"Amazing! I took the BTG class and I learned so much. Our teacher Jordana made sure we understood everything, provided thoughtful feedback and made the class very fun. Completely recommend this class for anyone looking to be a medical interpreter, it is reasonably priced and the learning experience is unforgettable."

"I worked with Spring Institute to complete the Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter training. It was an incredible experience- super efficient and effective training. Our lead instructor, Jordana, was very responsive before and after the training, and I’m still periodically in contact with her as I start my work as a medical interpreter. She has a wealth of experience in, and knowledge of, the field. I cannot recommend Spring Institute enough."
