Chef Eric made it fun and easy to create a menu, even with me having some specific ideas I wanted. He was very nice, flexible, passionate, communicative, and a blast to be around. He had great ideas and everything he prepared for us was delicious and really transported us to some memories we have from Mexico and Italy. He went above and beyond every step of the way. I then rehired him to meal prep for me during my first trimester of pregnancy because I was too sick to much of anything. He made me delicious meals to help me get some nutrients.
