"Denver Integrative Massage School is an amazing life-changing experience. The Integrative program is key to its success. Myriad techniques such as Swedish, Thai, myofascial, trigger point, chair, prenatal and many more are taught such that each individual student can discover their own unique recipe for healing others. The instructors are fabulous practitioners, willing to share their wisdom and expertise with every student. My classmates, regardless of which cohort they were in, were supportive and encouraging, providing the necessary feedback for me to keep improving. The freedom to go at my own pace allowed me to maximize my learning and personal growth. Thanks to the technical fundamentals, as well as the energetic enhancements, I feel confident in my ability to help others heal and thrive through therapeutic touch. What got me in was the flexibility the school offers and being able to work at your own pace. "My time at DIMS was exceptional: the instructors are all so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and motivating. Class sizes are small, and instruction happened in group settings and 1:1. The parts of class I was most worried about, the anatomy and pathology classes, were instead highlights: deeply engaging, tied in to our massage work, and incredibly informative. The massage modalities I learned at DIMS are very unique compared to what other schools offer, especially the Thai modalities, the stretching techniques, and the integrative approach to developing personalized treatment plans. The other students at DIMS became this incredible community for me of people to learn from and with. Not only did I leave with a new career path, but a new outlook on life, and new skills in understanding and appreciating the world around me.
