"We just moved to this area and were looking for a new daycare for my youngest son (4). I called this center inquiring about availability and they confirmed they had space. When I went for the tour, I was told the director was on maternity leave and my son wouldn't be able to start until she returned (15th). At the time it was two weeks out which was no problem. I called to check and was told it was the now the 16th. Again, no big deal. Called on the Friday before the week my son was supposed to start/the director returns. Was told it was now pushed to the end of the month now and they weren't even sure if there was space now. A few hours later, they called me back said there's no space after all. What a complete waste of my time and theirs. If I would have known there was no space, I wouldn't have gone through any of the trouble. The staff doesn't seem very capable if they are left in charge and not sure of the capacity of their center or if they can enroll or not."

"We are very happy having our kids at Knowledge Beginnings. This is our second time having kids here with a couple of years break in between. The current director and staff are wonderful. My daughter is always sad on Saturdays because she can't see Ms. Angela, and they all complain if I pick them up early! I like the communication about what my kids are doing and eating along with pictures via the app throughout the day. Patricia, the director, is fantastic with communication and gets to know each family so well."

"I can't say enough about the staff and teachers in this school. They are king, engaging, personable and always updating us on progress etc. The few times there has been a child to child incident, which is perfectly normal at these ages, we have always either gotten a call or report to fully alert us. We have our second child there now and plan to have our future children there as well as we have been with them for more 2 years now and love them all. Our children are happy and learning! Thank you for all you do."

"I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Littleton Knowledge Beginnings enough! My son is in the Infant classroom and absolutely loves it (he even has his own little crew of friends). The teachers are amazing, fun loving, and truly take the time to get to know each individual child and build a special relationship with them. The developmental work they do helps my son progress and, as new parents, the teachers always offer great insight and relief! Everyone from the Director to the kids and fellow parents make you feel welcome. I also appreciate the transparency and updates provided by the center in day to day activities and what will be taught in the classrooms each month. In addition to the above, the center is always kept very neat, tidy, and clean. I am beyond grateful for this awesome family of staff who truly care about my child’s safety, growth and development!"

"I'm sad to see that others had a bad experience, though it should be noted that the center here has a new director, and our experience has been fantastic. Every teacher in the infant room knows every little detail about every child, filling each other in on even mundane details if something happens after one of the teachers leaves for the day. ("I heard X had a huge blowout yesterday afternoon!") The new director is very hands-on, and though my child never went there under the old director, I heard that there may have been some issues with the old director. The new director, Patricia, is very rule-focused and safety-focused, which I appreciate. The staff here that I've dealt with all legitimately care about each and every child and I can't imagine my kid going anywhere else."
