"First time coming here and when I walked in there was only one person (Lana was her name I believe) working and she was on her cellphone. Held up a finger and told me to wait while she proceeded to take a personal call. Once she finally came up front she was still on her phone and kept it up to her ear while trying to get my info. She asked if I wanted starch and I told her no. Once she printed my ticket I saw it said light starch so I walked back inside. I told her the mistake and she said she didn't see it on the ticket. Once I showed her where I saw it, she said she'd fix it and took my ticket (all while still having her cellphone to her ear) but didn't give me the ticket back. I left but didn't feel good about leaving my things once I realized she didn't give me a ticket back for pickup, so I ended up going back inside to grab them. I said I'd go somewhere else since she seemed busy. Her response was "What? I'm just on the phone." No apology or any attempt to get me to stay. Don't waste your time on this place."
"Make sure you check your shirts before picking them up. 7 out of 8 of my shirts were stained from dripping starch. It took them 3 washes to get all stains out. The lady at the desk was very nice.."
