"Avoid this dry cleaner at all costs! Recently, I took my husband's dress shirts there, and when I picked them up, I noticed one shirt had a hole in the front. Despite showing them the hole with the dry cleaning tag still on, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Their response to damaging my clothing was infuriating, and they showed no concern for the situation. I would have been satisfied with a simple apology and a $10 credit in exchange for my now ruined $200 shirt, but they were unwilling to offer any compensation. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will never give them my business again. So, if you're looking for a new dry cleaner, I highly recommend avoiding this one! Keep in mind - there are other reviews on here with customers facing the same problem with zero accountability from their part"
"Pretty good local cleaners. A little pricier than I would like which is the reason for the four stars. That said, been using them for a few years and they have never lost anything. They’ve done minor repairs for me as well. The repairs were decent but not anything to write home about."
"Trusted a $950 jacket with them. They said if they couldn’t unshrink a shrinken jacket they would cover it with there insurance. I got my jacket back and it shrunk so much that it was half the size. Contrary to what they said earlier, they said it wasn’t there fault. Never once did they apologize and they told us to sue them if we had a problem with it. They also told us to stop making a big deal about a jacket that’s “only $950.” Don’t trust your expensive shirts with them."
"Honestly, I was a bit concerned after reading certain reviews. But I went against the grain and fix my alteration soon this cleaners, and I will say that I got my Clothes bag looking better than they did brand new. This is no exaggeration, they really did an amazing job"
"They do a good job of dry cleaning but if have an issue they are not helpful. I picked up my dry cleaning and notice a rip in the sleeve before I left the store. They took it back immediately and said they were sorry and would fix it. Few days later the manager called and said it was not their fault and gave me the shirt back. I paid for my dry cleaning including the rip shirt and left. Only issue I had in 2 years but they took no responsibility so beware.....this was a $90 shirt, glad it was not a suit......I am taking my business elsewhere."
