"This is probably second review that i have left....quality customer service is not something that this establishment takes seriously. I came in and had issue printing coupon but showed the lady my attempt. No, would not accept or offer to provide instructions to assist me to print correctly. Informed me that "she had customer who printed it yesterday " well good for him and you. Took my business to Continental Cleaner and 3.50 per item!! Who needs a coupon for $4.99 anyways!!! Lost a customer!!!"
"2 years later. Never seen this lady before but lacks customer service. Didn’t catch her name but definitely will put me off from returning for awhile…….. Been taking my uniforms here the past 7 months and I have no complaints. Competitively priced, only .50cents more then fort Carson and turn around time is usually only 2 days? I just came to check the hours and noticed a lot of low reviews and was shocked to be honest. Service has always been good and I pay for a service and receive exactly what I pay for - can’t ask for more."
"This place provides quality service in a timely fashion. They lack a star because they don't reuse bedding bags. I think it would be a huge impact to the amount of plastic used. I tried bringing my bedding in the bag I got last year and they threw it out. I'd prefer you change your policy."
"Edit: after my first time here I thought I wouldn’t return. However, I received a very positive call from the manager who reassured me this was a mistake. The fact the manager/owner took the time to call me, made a huge difference. I returned and my uniform is perfect now. Thank you. First time customer with uniform. Didn’t notice at the time until I took the clothes off the hangar but there are huge creases on the pants. They are unwearable and I have to get them redone. Definitely not coming back."
