"This company is absolutely wonderful! They are prompt, kind, and do excellent work! I have used him several times now and have been impressed with their work every time. I have a house with multiple pets that have had accidents on our carpets and he got all the stains and smells out! The carpets look like new! I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone and everyone!"

"Nice enough guy, but showed up 20 minutes late and then charged me $100 for one room. Website says $25 per room, and $40 for advanced pet cleaning. I had some pet stain, but at most this cleaning should have been $65. Probably won’t use this service again. UPDATE. Contacted me to correct the situation. Offered me a partial refund and offered to perform a free cleaning on the next visit. Very admirable. 12June UPDATE: Followed through with free cleaning and even came on a Saturday to clean last minute!! I think that Heath is a fantastic business owner and Blue ribbon is an excellent service. He truly works hard to do the right thing for his customers. Plus the carpets look great! HIGHLY Recommend!!!"

"Great service. I just bought a house and thought I was going to have to replace the carpets due to the previous owner’s dog. The smell was horrible in the room. I tried everything before calling and nothing worked. They were able to remove the smell entirely and the carpet looks new. Their pricing was very competitive, too. "From the very first time we called Blue Ribbon, they were very nice. We call around and make sure we are getting a good price for the deal. Blue Ribbon is Fountain friendly and makes sure their customers are taken care of. After calling around, Blue Ribbon was refinery our choice. The day of service from Blue Ribbon was incredible. The gentleman was extremely nice and very respectful. Our carpet is an older carpet but even with that, it's very clean, smells good, and ready for the next family to move in. No need to go after the bigger companies. One of the companies did beat the price of Blue Ribbon but when we asked about our stairs, they charged extra and the guys comment was, "didn't you read the fine print?" I don't like a shady business. Blue Ribbon was never like that. Very honest, worked hard, and cleaned our carpet well. Thank you Blue Ribbon!!!!!"
