"I engaged Tip Top Chimney Service with the expectation that they would comprehensively address both my fireplace fan issue and perform a thorough chimney cleaning. However, my experience with their service left much to be desired. Despite assuring a comprehensive cleaning and an evaluation of the fan, their efforts were minimal, essentially limited to ash removal. This not only failed to meet the promised standards but also rendered the service more of an expensive jest than a genuine solution. Disappointment deepened when, despite their commitment to assessing and fixing the fan, my attempts to secure a bid for the necessary repairs proved unfruitful. Multiple follow-up calls yielded little progress, and I find myself $200 poorer with no tangible advancement toward resolving the initial reason for seeking their services. In light of these shortcomings, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Tip Top Chimney Service. The lackluster execution of their promised services and the subsequent communication breakdown regarding the fan repair bid have left me dissatisfied and reluctant to consider their services again in the future."
