"I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. They dry cleaned a fine jacket of mine and completely destroyed the leather accent finishes on the jacket. It is not repairable. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage. They also insulted me after damaging my jacket by saying I was looking for free dry cleaning! They lied in the reply review and said I left without paying when they told me they would not charge me for the dry cleaning, but I still have a loss of over $200 to replace the damaged jacket beyond the dry-cleaning amount. They refused to address this loss and they did not say they were sorry for the damage. Also, DO NOT fall for their requests to ask for a 5 star review by offering you a discount for their services as well."
"Our go to place after moving to Colorado for dry cleaning and alterations! They were able to modify a specialty dress that shipped with too small of a chest size in time for an upcoming wedding, and a suit that never fit correctly from Men's Wearhouse - very happy with that one since I've had that suit for several years and couldn't wear it without looking very out of style, the alterations added another option to my wardrobe. Always on time, good prices, and the dry cleaning is superb - highly recommend!"
