"I dropped a formal dress off to be picked up one day before the event I needed to go to. When I went there to pick up my dress, they informed me that it wasn't ready, as there were some stains they were trying to get out still. I was like ok... Well the event is tomorrow. They said they would have my dress ready for me by noon. My event was at 3:30 in the afternoon. I did not like this. Then the next day, they called me at 7am and 9am informing me that they had ruined my dress. I went in there, and there was a massive chemical burn on the dress. I had literally paid $150 just the week before to have it altered. They said "This happened because you rushed us to have it ready by today". Oh, well you had all week to do it, no one was rushing you, it's not my fault you waited until the last minute. Anyways, they offered to cut me a check for $200, I had to literally find another dress before my event. Of course, the only dress I could find to match the shoes and accessories I had with the other dress cost me $330 AND I had to get a $120 last minute alteration done. I went back to this place and asked for another $100, just because I was not expecting to spend an extra $250 due to their mistake that day. They told me "no you already agreed to the $200" and I said "Well I need to talk to the owner then about it" and they said "He's in a meeting" and I said "Cool so after" and the lady said "Yeah yeah sure, we'll call you if we can do the extra $100". Of course I never got a call either way. Terrible customer service, will not be taking my dry cleaning here ever."

"We have been using Signature Cleaners for almost 20 years. Great service and pricing, locally owned and operated. The owner is wonderful and goes out of her way to give the best service possible and in many cases goes beyond what is expected. 2020/2021 was tough on local businesses and yet Signature has survived when 5 other Cleaners in our area have closed. It's because of their value and service."
