"It seems like a nice facility, however my family and I toured in July/August 2022, and put our names on a wait list. We were told that there would most likely be an opening by February 2023 when we needed care. I called and emailed several times to check in about our spot on the waitlist, and was told that they still didn't know if they would have a spot, but they would contact us when they did. It is now August 2023, and no one has ever contacted us back about our spot on the waitlist, a time frame or anything. We have found other care at this point but if we had been relying on Kindercare then we would have been out of child care."
"My son has gone to KinderCare since he was 6 months old (now he is 3). We have loved everything about the KinderCare center - cleanliness, professionalism, care for children, and treating your child like they are their own. Tina McGrath is the center director for Cordera now, but used to be the center director for another location where my son currently is. We are moving as soon as this center opens to be where Tina is. Tina has loved my son since the moment she met him, and has supported us through tough times. Tina did an amazing job with COVID restrictions, and always took a personal interest in making sure she knew every single parent and every single kid by name. We love her, and are looking forward to this beautiful new center!"
