"Since the company REFUSES to do anything about the dozens of calls they've received from me and my neighbors and I'm sure everyone else in town. I'm going to start calling the police on your driver's when they knowingly litter and purposely knock trash out and leave it behind. I've already been recording them. After the trash truck comes our ENTIRE neighborhood is covered in trash I've had to pick someone else's used tampons out of my front yard because they knocked a trash can over and REFUSED to pick up the trash THEY KNOCKED OUT. Can wasn't even full.. There isn't a single profession that this behavior and standards would be ok but they do nothing to change it. The WHOLE point of waste management is to stop trash from being everywhere but these people go out of their way to put it everywhere. Funny they have no problem jumping out of their trucks to ask about my vehicle for sale while hitting on me and trying to touch on me but they won't touch the trash!!! In this case I guess they are what they work with. One lady in the office seemed nice but the phone conveniently hung up and the other lady was super rude. Id rather hall my trash to the dump at this rate."

"I missed my trash pick up, on the 4 of July. Didn't think anybody was gonna pick it up on the fourth. But he did roll byy street missed it. So I got in my car and got to where they where any I asked the driver hlid he didn't mind going back. Well he never did"
"Horrible service, never pick up trash on days they are suppose to, never answer the phone, never return phone calls. But they sure don’t hesitate to take that monthly service fee out every month."
"Almost 2 year's service, forgotten more than picked up on time. The women in the billing office was the only person who was helpful and nice! Highly do not recommend! If you want your trash picked up and don't want to make numerous calls regarding your service go with another provider!"
