"Quick service, items were ready when promised, and the price seemed right for a dry cleaning service. I especially appreciated the text notifications so I didn't have to hang on to a paper ticket. Bonus points for the friendly shop dog!"

"Six years went by before I was able to send my stuff to a reliable, trustworthy dry cleaner again. Kimberly and team are awesome. My clothes, blankets, jackets are all returned better than when I drop the off! Totally trust them with everything from vintage cashmere to down coats. Highly recommend."

"Just picked up my wedding dress and it is still muddy on the bottom! When I went back and showed them, I was told they weren’t able to get the dirt out even though, in my option, it was pretty typical wear and tear. I didn’t go in any mud the day of my wedding and it was not raining the day of the wedding either. They charged me $180 for the service and I didn’t even get a clean dress returned to me! Additionally, my dress had been there since May 16th and I was never informed of any issues with the dress and wasn’t even contacted when it was ready for pick up. I contacted them last week asking for a status and was first told it wasn’t ready, then received a call that actually it was ready. All and all a frustrating and expensive experience to get a sort of clean dress back. Brides, I would not recommend taking your dress here if you want to have a clean dress to preserve…."

"First of all, most of their prices are comparable or better than everyone else in Durango. In addition, they will actually repair anything they are responsible for damaging, other places in town WILL NOT! These guys will even repair something if they notice it, even if they didn't do it. They replace buttons also. I started using these guys a few months ago. They were the only people in town that would clean a leather trench coat for me, and they did an amazing job! After that, I tried them out with other things. All my boyfriends dress shirts that have been cleaned by another local cleaner for years, seemed to always come back with rings on the collar... Kelly's was able to get all those stains out. While they may be a few cents more on some items, the customer service they provide is way more than worth it! Scott is always friendly and so are the other staff. I will continue using and recommending these guys!"

"Average cleaning, pick up delay, and a ripped pocket made for not such a great experience. I dropped off my coat for cleaning on Monday, Oct 7. Scott, one of the owners, was working the counter. He told me my coat would be ready on Thursday, Oct. 10. I asked if I should arrive at any particular time on Thursday, to which he replied the coat would be there Thursday at 9 am so any time. On Thursday, around 10 am, I went to claim my coat. After a cursory search, Scott told me it was not there. He called his wife, Mary, and then he conveyed that they had not yet washed my coat but would run it through that day. He also mentioned at that point that they had a machine down hence the delay, and then asked if he had called me to notify me it was ready. No, he hadn’t. If that’s their protocol, I was not made aware. Furthermore, a call regarding the delay would have been appreciated. It felt like a lack of consideration for my time. I was told to return the following day, Friday. This morning (Friday), I get a call from Scott that my coat is there. When I arrive, he apologized again for the delay. “It doesn’t happen often.” It’s fine-- a day’s delay is inconvenient but not a deal breaker, though any kind of update would have been nice. He then asks if I’d like to take a look at the coat before paying. Okay, sure. That’s when I notice the corner of the left pocket is hanging off. When I pointed out the torn seam to Scott, he went from “maybe the seams were weak when it went in” to “our machine didn’t do that.” No further assistance on that front. All that said, it was $15.70 to clean my coat (lower body/center front: 43% acrylic, 28% polyester, 20% wool, 9% other; upper body/sleeves/lining: 100% polyester). In short, my expectations were not managed well, and I regret not taking photos of my coat beforehand. Advice to potential customers: document the condition of your item(s) before drop off and call before picking up your item(s) to avoid wasting your time."
