"Erin of Pro Cleaning Services in Grand Junction, CO presented very well, promised high, professional, detailed clean. However, she did not provide anything more than surface clean. I was very disappointed - a few hundred dollars down the drain as our house had to be cleaned when we got home along with fact we had to remake the beds. We sent a total of 3 nice VM, Email, and Text over a few days to indicate issues along with pictures to request a remedy to the situation; she gave zero response. Finally after a 4th communication she texted she had family issues and said to write a review with no option to re-clean or refund money. Of the 2 pro cleaners and 1 trainee indicated just the trainee came for full time. Not sure Erin came as work was not professional or trainee's work checked. Things NOT cleaned: shower floor and bench, area around tub, no chrome wiped or bathrooms disinfected, items on counters and furniture not moved to clean, only 1 trash out of 5 emptied, basic sweep/mop but not under anything, forgot bottoms sheets on beds, missed dusting the lamps/some furniture, backsplashes not washed, not all mirrors washed, front of cabinets and appliances not cleaned etc. Other obvious things not touched like the ceiling lights she promided. Two stars was generous. Proceed with care, stay home, pay only after inspecting."

"Wow! I can not recommend Erin enough. We hired Erin to do a move out clean for our rental home that was in rough shape from the previous tenants. We were also coming off of an experience with a different cleaning company that no showed and were completely unprofessional so I was so worried that we would have another bad experience but Erin took care of everything! Her price was reasonable, she was responsive and always quick to get back to me with answers and most importantly, did a superb cleaning job and made our condo look like new. Not only that, she is very nice and personable. A total delight to work with. I will use her again!"

"I am so impressed with Pro Cleaning Services!! When I say they deep cleaned my house after a move in, I mean it was spotless!!! I am very picky and expect a lot, in fact, my house had already had a deep clean when the tenants moved out. I was not happy so I called Pro Cleaning Services. I needed the cleaning in a hurry and they were able to meet my time frame, I received before/after pics, she gave me the most detailed invoice I have ever received for any service, and they were affordable. As she was cleaning she kept me in the loop with anything she found wrong with our house and what was best was she gave me the option of a "green" clean. This was important because I have a little one that I do not use chemicals around. I WILL hire her/the team again and would recommend this service to anyone."

"Erin is a nice lady, but her work was not the best. I paid $312 plus a $65 tip for a move out clean. I put trust in her as I was out of town and paid her before I looked at the job she had done. She did send me pictures and pictures were of the only things that were “cleaned well” so I paid her. The inside of the oven was not clean, the shower was not cleaned (residue of shampoo on walls and on the ceiling were still there), all walls were not wiped down, and light fixtures were not washed as promised. Luckily I came back to town a day before I had to do a walk through with my landlord so I cleaned all she didn’t clean. I had high expectations for this company and they didn’t amount to that."

"Erin did an amazing job cleaning my home after I purchased it. She now keeps it up every other week and I could not be happier. She does incredible work and is a really nice person on top of that. I would recommend her to everyone."
