"Sadly I can not give a positive review. Unfortunately as I sat waiting for my turn to check in I had to listen to the front office gal be so rude, loud, condescending, interruptive to the lady checking in. Thus went on for some time then finally she said something so unkind I couldn't stay quiet. The other lady was so relieved that I spoke up for her. She finally apologized, which wasn't very sincere because she then said she, the gal at front desk, didn't deserve to be treated like we treated her. I was flabbergasted. Such horrible horrible service. As if this isn't enough while I was getting dressed I over heard her complaining and venting to the radiologist about us. WOW. So unprofessional. I must say the radiologist was much nicer, professional, informative and had a kind bedside manner."

"It’s actually comical that I can say I enjoy coming here. I’ve become quite the frequent flyer over the last year due to many spine issues that have required a lot of imaging. The front desk staff all know me well now and are always so kind and welcoming. I love both the Parker and the Littleton locations, and I can tell that everyone cares about the patients. They are also very clean which I appreciate. Every location has been so efficient and makes each encounter pleasant and easy. Thanks for the quality interactions. Although I definitely appreciate the great care I have received and the awesome staff, I really hope I don’t have to utilize the services of SimonMed again for a long time… (no offense :D)"

"It was easy to get an appointment for my calcium score CT and since insurance doesn't cover this I felt it was very reasonably priced. I did my check in paperwork online so when I got there, there was only one form to sign. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment time and walked out 10 minute's after. The staff was friendly and helpful and Claudia walked me through every step. She explained everything thoroughly, was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely go back."

"Friendly, caring and thorough staff. I was a little leery of going to an urgent care from my previous experiences. The last two times I have gone to an urgent care. They told me they could not help me and sent me to a hospital still billing me. This experience was much different. They were able to have my foot x-rayed. As well as took the time to examine my foot to determine what was going on. This experience has changed my perspective of urgent care. Definitely will be keeping them in mind if I ever do you need care again."
