"Showed up on time to my 7am in a winter slippery morning just to be told they were out of network. Never bother to call me and let me know. When I ask the receptionist why they had not informed me, she stated it was the benefits department responsibility. Horrible ran place."

"Only reason that I am giving them a star is because the first time I came in the staff was really kind so they deserve acknowledgement for how nice they were. My experience since the visit is zero. At my first visit in August for a lump in my breast I was told it isn’t suspicious but we still decided to schedule a biopsy follow up just to be on the safe side in September (earliest they had available). I got a letter in the mail 2 weeks after the appointment saying I need to schedule a follow up, which was weird since I already had scheduled one (had it written on a card and confirmed with the front desk before I left). So I called to check what was going on seeing how in 2 weeks I was supposed to be coming in for the procedure. I called 7 times and left 2 voicemails over the span of a week before I finally got a call back. The lady on the phone told me then that no appointment existed for me and the soonest I could be seen was November. This was extremely frustrating since I had been planning to have this done for over a month (including things like taking time off work). THEN I get a voicemail yesterday saying that I do have an appointment and to call back to confirm with them and to do pre-op paperwork?! I IMMEDIATELY called back which went to voicemail, then I called again and a lady finally picked up just to put me on hold and send me to voicemail again. I tried calling another two times no answer. There’s no other way to contact them besides calling so if they don’t answer you don’t get communication with them. Still have heard absolutely nothing from them. From the other reviews it doesn’t sound like this is a normal thing to happen here but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the “care” I got."

"Ladies were amazing today. Have an inflamed breast and they did everything they could for me. Staff is amazing and the waiting area is beautiful. Robes are warm like out of the dryer. Even gave me wash clothes when I started to feel nauseous. Great place and staff really cares."
