He and his staff were super gentle and patient. Also super helpful that there is a parking lot in this location."

"I had a great experience prior to today, however I wasn’t happy with the level of care provided by Dr. Bryce Mercuri. I told him during the visit that my dog is hesitant of meeting strangers and is avoidant/nervous. He didn’t take any time to introduce himself to my dog or build a connection before jumping into the exam. He didn’t take anything I mentioned about her behavior into account, rushed the exam to which she snapped. She has NEVER snapped at anyone before (vet or groomer), and we have been to two appointments at this facility any many others before moving here. He immediately said she needs to be sedated for next appointments which is completely understandable but I have never seen her act like that. All other vets we have seen have taken what I said into account and took time to build a relationship. The previous Dr we had here took time to introduce himself to her, gave her lots of treats, cheese, etc and we had a wonderful experience. He was able to perform an exam and shots without any issues because of his approach. I want to return to see our previous Dr, but now I’m not confident with this facility after today. It was wrong of me to assume that all doctors at this facility would provide the same level of care."

"After having a second moment of anxious eating, Leo needed help with non stop tummy troubles quick! CityVet was able to see my feline buddy early the next day, and give us both the peace of mind that Leo’s tummy needed some better care for a cat that age. Some grooming and dietary changes for Leo and back to normal! Day 5 of a healthy buddy again :) Big thank you to Dr. Mercuri, and the two medical professionals who took vitals and rehydrated Leo :-)"

"They are so amazing here - I have been going for over 2 years for regular check ups, illness/injury visits and boarding and am always very impressed. My 45 lb reactive German Shepard Mix can be aggressive towards strangers and especially other dogs due to fear and they are so great with her there. They are kind, patient and totally 'get' her issues, working with us to examine her in a way where she won't freak out. They have also worked with us to figure out her allergy issues. It is also easy to get an appointment or to get an answer to something that doesn't require a visit via email or a phone call. My heart melted last time we boarded her for a night (after boarding her a few weeks before for a week) and one of the workers greeted her with excitement when we walked in and was so happy to see her (again, my dog can be very difficult and I always assume people are not excited to see her) and told me her phone is filled with pictures of her playing with her from the last time we boarded her. They seem to really care which I really appreciate."
