"This clinic saved my dogs life I cannot thank them enough, every vet hospital in Denver wanted to charge me $5-10k+ for something that didn’t need to be done, none really seemed to really care about my dog. The team at Planned Pethood genuinely cares for and loves these animals and I am forever grateful! The vets there are world class and carefully look at the issue and don’t just rush into some unnecessary surgery until it’s a last resort. I cannot recommend them enough and I now have a newfound distrust in the other primary vet hospitals in the front range. My 13yo boy is now home happy and healthy after a very chaotic and scary 48 hours, all thanks to them. ❤️❤️ Thank you!!!"

"I never even heard about this place before until my mother told me that her mom watched the show years back before she passed. My dachshund, Jet, had to have emergency surgery because he's an idiot who likes to eat rocks. He ate, or what I thought, 3 rock's. nope, he was acting weird, howling and whining so I rushed him to an emergency vet. So, before I was told about this place, I had taken him to an emergency clinic called :Animal Urgent Care North East, off of 120th ave. in commerce city. I was there from 6:48p to 9:15p doing x-rays and making him puke to get them out. So after $714.88 they recommend I do surgery. cool, okay. but they wanted $10,000.00 because he's 16 years old and absolutely needed a specialist....I couldn't do that, couldn't afford it! So I took him home that night, after getting glares from the technicians, I paid and left. Next morning I rushed him to his normal vet for help, they couldnt do surgery that day and then they gave me a list of vets who might do it same day.... so, called 5 other vets, F I V E, and NONE could get him in for surgery that day, said he'd have to wait a week..these rocks were now in him for 2 days! He can't wait! It was my mother who saved the day. She drove me up here (i live an hour away and she lives in southern colorado) and they had gotten Jet into their care within 20 minutes of arrival. I docked a star because there is no way to get into contact with this place other than in person and I'm such a worry wart, I need contact to know about everything. However, I will thank this place and its staff for everything they have done for Jet. You guys were literally my last resort to save my baby boy. You didn't question your ability with him because of his age, you held a confident aura in which made me feel very confident in you guys. Thank you so much!!"

"I have a daughter that’s a vet tech that actually does surgery and has learned so much from the office she works for here in Salisbury NC. However, I am totally impressed with Dr.Jeff and all of his staff. I have watched every episode of their show. May God bless this man, Dr. Jeff, as he isn’t in his line of work just for the money. Vet bills are so expensive. Idk how people afford all things needed for their pets/babies. My cat I lost a year ago needed dental care so bad and I’m on a fixed income and even tho my daughter works for a vet hospital I could never afford to get it done. My baby Kramer actually died from a stroke. Idk makes me wonder if I could have afforded to have gotten that taken care of he might have lived longer. I wish there were more people in this cold world like Dr Jeff. I read somewhere that he is fighting cancer. I pray for him and his family that he is doing well. I just can’t say enough thank you’s to this guy and all his facility. All I can say is Wow!!!! The people that they help are very lucky to have them. I am attaching a picture of my baby I lost a year ago. Sincerely, Rhonda Bumgarner"

"If I could give this 0 stars I would 1000% I took my 5 month old pug in due to a severe prolapse. We had no clue as to why she was prolapsing, or as to why it even happened in the first place, I was told by the doctor that she had to have surgery to have the tissue be sutured back into place, fine great whatever ya know. Not great but if there’s a solution that’s great! Well since she is a Pug she is brachycephalic so we went in there, knowing that she has breathing problems, However, she is Gotten sedated before and had no issues. They told us that we had to have her go under with anesthesia Specific to the brachycephalic Breed. My boyfriend specifically asked the receptionist To see what the chances of her passing were, and we were told there wasn’t any chance of her dying due to how simple this procedure would be. We also had to leave her for three days to be hospitalized. Which, also we had no choice about. So we had to leave her Which made the cost of the Visit go extremely high. Well, about three hours later, we received a phone call From the doctor saying that the surgery went well. She went to go stand up immediately after the surgery And she fell over on the table from having a cardiac arrest, The doctor said that He had gotten her heart going for about another hour, Which we were not told, and would’ve liked to have been told, Due to the fact that we could’ve came to See her and say goodbye, However, after the hour she had passed away. She had no issues prior to the surgery. She had no other issues she was a happy puppy. We had also, after the procedure was already done, been told that prior to the surgery the doctor had taken her blood just to make sure everything would go OK, and something in her blood spike high, and instead of consulting me and my boyfriend about proceeding with the procedure, he felt upon himself that it would just be fine and that he has done the surgery before many times, so he felt like he could do it. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of empathy and sympathy. I am very hurt. We are supposed to be picking up the ashes and the paw print on Saturday. However, we have not heard anything about this since last Saturday when we had lost her.. Overall, this was probably the worst experience ever. There was no reason as to why she should’ve passed away and yet, She did."
