"We brought our two dogs in on a Sunday, and one of them sustained a leg injury. Our pups were kept in the small dog room, and we checked the camera multiple times during the day but didn't see either of them once. There was only one dog sitting alone in the middle every time we checked. When we went to pick up the pups, the front desk person was difficult to communicate with. She seemed to be hungover or something and had trouble remembering which dog had their nails trimmed, as the other dog's nails were done the day before at the vet. The pups seemed fine when they brought them to us, but almost immediately after getting home, our younger one started limping and couldn't put weight on her leg. The next day, I called before taking our pup to the vet and asked if there were any notes about what happened and why we didn't see our pups on the camera all day. The person on the phone sounded sympathetic and said they would have the manager from that day call us. However, the manager never called, and they seemed to brush us off. We understand that accidents can happen to dogs, but we feel like something happened here that they don't want to discuss. Since we didn't see our two dogs once on camera, with only one other dog there, we know they were being locked up. At this point, I'm convinced a staff member abused our dog. I recommend not taking your pets here, as this place is untrustworthy and deceptive. We would like a place to be more caring than this."

"I’ve been taking my dog here for a while. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with a front desk staff member named Renee. I called in 30 min before to see if they had room for daycare, which they did. I brought my dog in and Renee was very mad and said I wasn’t on the list. She then asked if I made my reservation for somewhere else. I asked her is this your number that I called. She stated i don’t know the number and went ahead and looked to see if they had room. I confirmed the number I called was for divine canine. At this point she stares me down with the meanest look and asks if I still want to leave my dog. Honestly at this point I was a bit worried for my dog’s care with Renee but didn’t have a choice. I’m hoping this was a one time thing. I’ll give them another chance because I know we all have bad days but I hope I don’t have to have another interaction like this. Renee needs some training on customer service skills. This could’ve easily been handled way more professional."

"I needed to board my elderly dog for a single night and Divine requires a Meet and Greet prior to boarding. I spoke with the representative on the phone and fully explained my dog's tendencies and health issues, which include that he does not like to play with strangers and prefers not to be pet or touched by strangers except to have a lead put on him for walks. I was reassured that he would almost surely be fine at the Meet and Greet given this information and scheduled the appointment. On Meet and Greet day, I was turned away at the front desk after reiterating to the front desk rep that he prefers not to touched by strangers if it can be avoided but that he does fine with a lead. The representative stated that if they can't handle the dog there would be no point in trying to do a Meet and Greet. I lost a week between my initial conversation with Divine Canine and the Meet and Greet where I could have been trying to arrange alternative single night boarding options. Not mad with the people at the facility, I understand they may not be equipped to deal with challenging animals, but I hope they learn to align their messaging regarding their capabilities across their team."

"My dog and I love Divine Canine! He is always SO excited for daycare days! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a cute and convenient store front for all the necessities for pups. Their grooming services are great. They also do fun little photo shoots and other fun stuff for special occasions. And a fun little “First Day of School” picture magnet! I do wish there were more webcams or that they were adjusted/angled better. It’s sometimes hard to see the dogs in the cameras with the angles and views. Other than that highly recommend!"

"The Divine Canine really makes your dogs feel special. They truly love our pets and treat them like family. They even sent us a thoughtful card and many treats when one of my dogs passed away a few years ago. There are also lots of fun add ons like treats, pictures and pool time that make things fun. One time they even had a professional photographer there and I got a beautiful portrait of my dogs as well. It is also so fun to watch the dogs on the webcam. I love watching my dogs play and seeing cute pictures posted on their Facebook page during the day. My dogs love it there and I always feel so safe when we board them for trips. Thank you for all you do!"
