"Giving a 2 because the tellers and bank managers were very helpful, but my business account was shut down for compliance needing more information. Went into the branch and they said they took care of it. Week later debit card doesnt work. called compliance they said they would handle. 3 days later debit card doesn't work. Called compliance they said they handled it in 3 days. 4 days later, account is closed. Called into compliance. They confirmed that I provided all information requested when i went into the branch and called twice, but still closed my account. Chase recommended I go into a branch to open a new account. Good once chase"

"Been closed due to Covid for over a year, EVEN though all the lights, computers, tv screens and everything have continued to stay on inside the building. Huge waste of $$/energy. Intermittently has an outside ATM, but it disappears quite a bit (literally) and reappears, only to be wrapped in caution tape. Now, the doors are locked to the inside ATM making this "branch" completely useless. It would be nice to have ATM access in this part of town since the closest one is all the way in Parker on Jordan."

"What is the point of an express bank....??? It is a glorified ATM with a bunch of wanna be Walmart greeters directing you to the ATM. As a customer of over 10 years with several business and personal accounts, they couldn't even cash a check. Definitely LEAVING Chase"
