"I tried to do a wire transfer here. First the lady took a call while filling out the paper work. She did not fill out the forms correctly as I would later find out. I later called asking why my money wasn’t transferring. The lady on the phone said she was the branch manager and that she would help me right after she helps another customer. I’m on hold for 10 minutes when I decide to drive to the branch while on hold. When I arrive and speak to a person behind the counter they said they had a problem with the paper work. They didn’t even bother to contact me, I had to contact them. I talked to a teller and he pointed out how there were mistakes in the paper form needing corrected and that they wouldn’t be able to transfer the money for two days. He then said I wish my bank manager was here but she just left to go on a break (the same woman who said she couldn’t help me because she was helping another customer). At that moment, I ended my call where I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. I took my papers and left for a different branch."

"My husband and I went into the this location to make changes to a business account. We were updating addresses and she didn't update the mailing address. Wetold her that it was valid but it was my mother in laws and needed to be updated to the new business address. The checks we ordered shipped to the incorrect address and didn't have the DBA listed like the debit cards she issued. When my husband took the incorrect checks to the bank, Lyndsie charged us for the corrected checks. She said that we told her that the incorrect address was the correct address when she placed the order. What about the wrong business name she input? She still charged us for her mistake. Disappointing."
