I recommend them to everyone and their customer support is top notch. I just got a kit with a defected dust cover and Amanda has made the progress as easy as possible. "Always a great description, fair price but what puts them over the top is customers service. I had a shipping issue and they not only got it taken care of but got it to me b4 originally ups said.(let me say it was all ups fault not apex but they pulled threw for me! 10 out of 10 would buy from again."
"Fast shipping! For the wrong part...... I ordered a sling mount for a m1917 enfield and got what looks like a 1903a3 sling mount instead. When I contacted apex for a replacement/refund I was informed that I ordered the wrong part and a refund wouldn't be issued. Took almost a weeks worth of teeth pulling and persistence to get a refund. The lack of owning up to sending the wrong part and gas lighting customers into believing it was their fault was ridiculous"
"I purchased my dream gun as a parts kit (HK G3) and upon opening it I was ecstatic over the surprise I found inside. There was an awesome Christmas ornament that says the company name on it with a G3 on the back! Apex Guns is becoming my go to place for anything gun related. I did accidentally get a lower grade G3 with a missing part but the support staff was incredible! Natalya (The customer support person) was a super lovely person to talk to, she made the whole accident feel like a perk more than anything. I am currently trying to figure out how to ship the old kit back for it to be exchanged with a new kit. Natalya was even able to put notes on my return specifically just to help me. I am extremely grateful and pleased with everything involving Apex, a lot of business together is what I see in the future!
