"If I could put a negative I would put a negative for this branch. I literally called them and said I had like four minutes to spare. It would hit 5 o’clock on the dot and I get that they close at five but later that’s why I called I was literally right there. Made it there perfectly in time and he goes. I’m sorry you have to go another branch. We close at five like seriously I literally just called to talk to you guys. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life"

"The staff is always so rude. So I avoid them at all costs, I use the atm machine instead (this is my local branch).Today I withdrew money from their atm, one of the $50 bills was ripped and unusable, I went inside and the cashier said I needed the other half for her to bed exchange he bill, even after I explained the bill had just been given to me that way from their atm, she called her manager and silly guy asked for the other half as well, I explained again that it was given to me that way by THEIR atm then he gave the teller the ok, she handed me a new $50. Everyone was so unnecessary rude. Definitely making the move to another bank. It’s so easy to be kind."

"Not sure why US Bank wants to know all you’re personal business. I went in today visited to get a large withdrawal. Doing a lot of home upgrades. I was questioned by Vanessa why I need such a large withdrawal. She said you don’t have a credit card. Like I’m just a second class citizen. As a matter of fact yes I do but how I use my cash that I ‘work’ very hard for. Is none of your business. She had to do extra verification on my account because supposedly her system was not working. Cough cough. Horrible customer service not nice to me at all. I hope she has the day she deserves. I’ve banked with US Bank for many years and don’t need her racist acting remarks."

"My account was transferred from State Farm to US Bank and during this transition I was also closing on a home loan. I needed my bank statements for the loan process and was unable to get them online. I called the 800 number several times and was not getting anywhere until finally one of the reps called the branch manager Randy and he was able to get them for me after a couple of days. The day I went to get my cashiers check for the closing the system was down. I had to go back to the branch a couple of hours later and Randy was able to get my check for me. I was skeptical when I found out my accounts were being transferred to US Bank and was planning on closing them but I have decided to keep them because of Randy. He cares about his clients and I appreciate all of his help during these last few weeks. He made my experience easier during this stressful time. Thank you Randy!"

"Tremendously horrible customer service at this branch. I recommend you seek another branch at which to conduct your business. I would recommend a change in management here and serious re-training of other staff. *Reply to canned response by US Bank: How on Earth would calling a customer service representative in another state help address the issues with personnel at this bank? People need to be warned not to conduct business at this branch. In my opinion, a number of staff members including some management need to be fired. You have a cancer at this branch, and corporate needs to terminate the employment of some bad apples. You have numerous bad reviews of this branch for a very good reason. It starts at the top of the branch and has trickled down to the lowest level employees. People at that branch need to lose their jobs before that branch will have the possibility of becoming a reputable branch. That branch is ridiculously horrible. I encourage others to speak out by posting reviews when you have a bad experience there so potential new clients will bank elsewhere. Astonishingly horrible. Thumbs down."
