"This pawn shop has gone down hill since Andy left. They have horrible management that will low ball you and treat you like less. They are extremely rude and the store is a mess and it's dangerous buying anything from here when they have people on drugs falling out right in front of their establishment what a shame. I been a customer for years but will not be returning again"

"Lorenzo was extremely professional. Gave me a great fair price for my loan and was in and out quicker then I even expected. Not to mention I went last minute at closing and it was a mad house but he and his team handled everyone extremely professionally and got everyone taken care of and out the door.
