"Made an appointment for me and my grandfather, the timer said there was a 25 minute wait, we arrived and there was 2 minutes left on the timer then my time went to one minute then immediately went up to a 37 minute wait, I mentioned that and they took my grandfather in right away, then when I was next they took someone who had arrived after me, then they did it a second time. There is absolutely no excuse for this and I will NEVER go to this location again."
"I have been going to this business for many years now and have had Shelby as my exclusive stylist for the last 2 years at least. The employees are warm and inviting, great to talk with, and always do a stellar job on my hair. I'm glad I was able to find a business and stylist I could trust to go in and always come out feeling my best and happy with the result. Sometimes the wait times can be long but I think this is the fault of being popular rather than being the fault of any of the staff members. I will likely continue going to this Sport Clips as long as my stylist continues working there and I still live in the area."
