"This is a mixed review. I made 2 appointments for 1pm for both of my kids with 2 different barbers. We arrived at 12:50pm. Penn cut one of my kids hair, but I did not see the other barber that we scheduled with anywhere in the building for my other son. It was assumed he was downstairs. At 1:15pm Penn is done with my sons hair and he tried looking for the other barber but could not find him. So he cut my other sons hair for me. (Which I appreciate). So at this this time I look at my phone and realized I received a text at 12:41pm saying we were a "no show" for the appointment 20min before the actual time of the appointment. So the other barber put us as a no show instead of calling us and telling us he couldn't make the appointment that day even tho he was just there not long before we arrived. Very unprofessional. I am so grateful Penn could do the cut for both my sons, cutting a crying toddlers hair is not easy and I could see that especially 2 back to back. My son has gotten so much better sitting still for his hair cuts but unfortunately I feel it is too awkward to go back."

"Savey will have my business for the foreseeable future. I walked into Novo after going about 3-4 months without a haircut and I walked out with one of, if not the best haircut I have ever gotten. Savey was able to give me exactly what I asked for and deserves all the praise for the product he put out. Super clean fade, scissor work on the top and blended it perfectly into the sides. I’ve never been the kind of guy to get a cut every two weeks but I trust I’m in good hands with Savey. Thank you, brother!"
