"After waiting on call last evening for 69 minutes to find out that I will have to call back today for my daughter’s prescription, I was upset. Then I was on a call this morning for 71 minutes, then someone answered and abruptly hung up on me. I was irate. Now it has been an hour and 15 minutes (listening to how sorry you are to make me wait half the day away and that you will be with me “shortly” , I think maybe hiring someone to answer simple questions and concerns about our medication needs by phone doesn’t seem like too much to ask for. Oh, and then hung up on and first treated rudely. There should be options for negative stars given! I’ll try to educate management about what the word “shortly” means."

"I consistently experience a high level of professionalism and excellence from the staff at this location. During each visit, I am warmly greeted, provided with exceptional service, and all my inquiries are promptly addressed. Furthermore, I often receive additional valuable information, which proves beneficial despite not being initially solicited. I would like to extend a special commendation to Brandon and Jennifer, whose wisdom and amicable attitudes merit recognition. I will continue to make this my Walgreens as long as they remain employed here."

"Every time I go to pick up my prescription. They say they have all 3 of them ready and every time I GE there there. There's only 2 and so I have to make an additional trip back over here to pick up the third prescription. I don't know why these people can't get it together they have zero communication and I will be getting my prescription somewhere else"

"Walgreens annual gross profit for 2023 was $27.072B, annual gross profit for 2022 was $28.266B, 2021 was $28.067B. This company can AFFORD to hire more staff and they suck for not doing so. The pharmacy is completely overwhelmed and understaffed. The lack of staff directly effects the customer with longer wait times and poor customer service. I hope these pharmacists strike for better pay and working conditions because they deserve it and for now I've decided to get my prescriptions somewhere other than Walgreens."

"I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with Jenny, an employee at the pharmacy. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, which left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided. From the moment I called , it was evident that Jenny had a dismissive and condescending attitude. Instead of greeting me with a warm and helpful demeanor, she seemed annoyed by my presence. I understand that working in customer service can be demanding, but her behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable. When I asked for assistance with prescription , Jenny responded with a curt and dismissive tone. She lacked patience and failed to answer my questions adequately. It was as if she was inconvenienced by my request for information. Her lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Moreover, Jenny's disrespectful behavior extended beyond her tone of voice. She sighed audibly, and displayed clear signs of impatience throughout the interaction. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. The overall experience at with Jenny Pharmacist was incredibly disappointing, as I had previously heard positive things about the establishment. However, Jenny's behavior tarnished my perception of the pharmacy and left me contemplating whether I would return or recommend it to others. In my opinion, it is essential for businesses to prioritize customer service and ensure that their employees are trained to handle interactions professionally. Jenny failed in this regard, and as a result, I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that the management of Jenny takes note of this review and addresses the issue promptly. Customer satisfaction should be their utmost priority, and steps should be taken to ensure that employees are trained to provide courteous and respectful service."
