But the experience was amplfied because the Range Master, Wes Naye, assisted in answering every question I had concerning it and the cleaning process as well. Last year: Amazing and exceptional customer service from Hunter Park at the remodeled old Whispering Pines, now the new west side location of DCF Firearms and Range. I was blown away by the friendly and knowledgeable assistance I received from Hunter in getting my new membership started, and knowing that membership with DCF has so many benefits and perks. So much easier and enjoyable than my past visits when WP had the place. We sure welcome the change in ownership, and if I didn't know better, I would think Hunter is an owner or the Director of Customer Relations and Service due to the friendly and professional manner with which he treated me. 5 Thumbs Up! "We were accidentally told another location had a specific gun we wanted to rent, and when we arrived they didn't have it. When we made the drive to this location, Amelia took really good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great time. We also spent some time at the bar upstairs, which is apparently NOT just for members only, and the bartender Candice took fantastic care of us as well. A great location all around."

"At first I thought we got lost on the way there but pulling in we seen the big jacked up van and knew we were at the right place. Awesome store and the people working there made us feel At home. The store and range is so nice we kept going back to the hotel to get more coworkers to go check it out with us. If I go back to Colorado springs again I will be back to this place."

"I've been a member at DCF for over a year now and really enjoy training here. They have a rifle range which is great, especially for zeroing new optics and nice pistol lanes. They offer a good selection of new and used guns as well as plenty of ammo and other accessories. I've taken a couple classes as well and their instructors have all been great. Definitely worth a visit!"
