"Hello. Im doing this review today to let Best Buy know about a recent experience at the Grand Junction store. My wife had driven 2.5 hours to pick up a part of an order that we had placed in the store. When she got the order pulled out to the curb, the workers pulling out the order asked if I was with them. When she answered no to their question, the workers dropped the appliance on the dolly and walked away, not even trying to help her load the appliance into the truck. She had to load it herself. I don't mind waiting for product, but having a single person load a washer doesn't seem safe at all. Not how I wanted my experience to go. Best Buy has always done better than this."

My phone was finally due for a new one so I came in earlier today and told Joe my situation and he was so extremely helpful. He said they had plenty of unlocked phones and got me set up asap. "The staff there are really good they're helpful. They explained things to you. I had never had a computer in my life. I bought a portable or whatever we call it computer there. Today they explain to me how it worked today. Everything I've got a mouse to go with it. The experience was really excellent. I had to set there for a little bit and talk to the geek patrol. Or squad, whatever they are about something with my TV and my DVD v. C. R, so they're coming out tomorrow to help me. Get it set up right so that I can use it. Because I can't get it to come across my t. V. As far as I'm concerned, best, buy is a good place to go to biological electronics plenty of parking space. They have plenty of handicap songs. And the staff are very helpful."
