"My brother bought three electric bikes from Kuhler and the folks there were generally pleasant and gave him a really good price. One of those bikes was mine but it lacked fenders, a luggage rack, and a twist throttle. At that time, I was assured that they would get that to me as part of the purchase price, but they didn't have it in stock so they send it to me. Nine months later and MULTIPLE calls later, despite all their promises, they never sent them to me. Nice guys with big promises and smiles - but not true to their word. Don't trust their empty promises. They won't follow through."
