"Nice facility with nice equipment and friendly staff. However I feel I got over charged with labor on my bike as they were replacing my derailleur (which requires removing and reattaching a chain) and they suggested I get a new chain and they told me that I would need to pay for the chain plus an extra $15 for labor for the chain even though they were already charging me labor for the derailleur… then they actually charged me $20 in labor for the chain on top of the labor for the derailleur. Again nice sales staff but I feel I got robbed with labor costs and had I not been in a rush to bike to work I would have taken my bike and done it myself."
"Love this store! Super friendly, phenomenal service, quality work. It's a rarity these days. When helping me carry my two bikes in, they noticed something as simple as the old bike rack I use doesn't work with one of my newer bikes with a diagonal frame - they recommended an easy crossbar that happened to be on sale. Our go-to shop for our bikes - whether it's parts, tune-up, etc."
