Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Colorado Springs

"Fantastic place to bring kids. Lots of lifeguards who are very cautious. You do not have to watch your kids every minute. I saw life guards jump in and help kids who were struggling just a bit. Later in the day the kids struggle more as exhaustion sets in. Room prices are high but you get access to the pool early on the day you get there and you can stay in the pool after you’ve checked out of your room. Rooms were super clean and staff so accommodating. We had older kids, so only wanted the pools and slides and not all that extra activities."

"This place is like vegas for kids...super cool!!! The alides kick butt and so many cool activities for the kids...and the tornado slide after dark was super fun!!! Lines move quickly as well..staff is super helpful and nice...not a sad face there!!!"

"We are wrapping up our second day at Great Wolf Lodge. Positives: 1. Hotel Room- is great! Clean, spacious, we got a basic 2 Queen with a pull out twin, patio, mountain view. Love the little touches of the wolf and camper lights. Comfortable. Large bathroom! 2. Waterpark - Slide lines move fast, lots to do, easy to get a chair or two hard to get more, but if you just need to space to place your sandals and swimsuit cover perfect. 3. Things to do for kids. We didn't buy passes because my kids weren't into ropes course and rock climbing or build a bear, or mining. Would recommend the pass if you have a lot of kids who like to do those things. 4. Elevators, there are only 3, the wait is not bad. 5. Refillable drinks are great just wish it gave you more time. Negatives: The food! Overpriced long wait, small portions, limited menu options.m We bought the breakfast voucher, but the bacon, sausage and eggs were under cooked and they bring a platter with all the food mixed together which sucks if you don't eat pork but love pancakes. Buckets doesn't seem to like charging to the room on the machines so everyone got swindled from using dining credits and is forced to used credit cards on the machine because they direct you to the front desk for assistance but you are soaking wet and hungry so what are you realistically going to do. Last but not least, my $12 ice cream, got 1 scoop and a 2 scoop, but it turned into a couple slivers on Friday night and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt or that it had been melted and frozen again and again. Next time: Yes, we will come back, we will not purchase food or dining credits here again. But we will come back as there is lot of fun things to do with the family and great experience and there is tons of food options in the surrounding area."

"Staff is friendly, room is basic, but dirty windows. We were on the 2nd floor and our windows were facing toward roof. There was garbage on the roof."

"Bring swimsuits! You're going to want to experience the water park. Lots of lifeguards, and they make the troublemakers behave. Water slides galore. Splash pools for young ones. Scary things for the brave. Snack bars and restaurants, although there are also lots of other great food sources nearby. Clean bathrooms! LOVE this place."
